馃摝 update nvidia keys
this updates the NVIDIA public keys directly from their repositories, it uses the ARG NVIDIA_KEYS in order to update it easier in the future.
this should fix issues encountered with the update of their keys and the use of the command apt update in the CI

update the public keys -
remove the duplicated apt-key del 7fa2af80 -
test, build and push this image to the switcher image repository
