WIP: sip server Quiddity

This SIP server quiddity is dedicated to replace freeswitch custom configuration for peer-to-peer low latency & multichannel streaming.

(roadmap to unWIP) achieve this minimal set of features: registration & multichannel calls.

⚠ The new code here has already been reviewed by MR in the wip/sip_server branch.
