Handle remote stream

Hantz V requested to merge dev/gst-webrtc-quiddity/remote-stream-handling into feat/gst-webrtc-quiddity

With this MR the quiddity is able to complete the ICE exchange with peers process as well as displaying the received streams.

The usage of g_print & co. have also been replaced with the appropriate logging mechanisms.

N.B.: The tests are still failing because of the issue with the GMainLoop. That will be fixed in the next MR.
