🐛 Properly handles deleted properties

This fixes #566 (closed)

Please note that this also "breaks" all the quiddities that badly implements property replacement in switcher.

A prominent example is v4l2 which I fixed in sat-mtl/tools/switcher!602 (merged)

I didn't test all the quiddities with this yet.
