Draft: satie/gdosc tutorial part 1

I replayed the git history of my fork onto the current dev branch.

Some things remain to be done:

• Write a fleshed out conclusion
• @djiamnot will create two repos in the sat-mtl organization
• I will use those to extract the starter assets/finished project/zip files into repos that will be cloned by readers instead of download links.

And anything else that comes up in review.
