Use the check for the sane-backend module to determine presence
requested to merge 24-building-xsane-with-sane-backends-from-source into 5-rename-configure-in-to-configure-ac
If absent, the other two checks are useless so these have been primed on presence of the module as well. This speeds up ./configure.
