Escl force idle status

"Kyocera ECOSYS M3145dn" is behaving strangely.
At the end of the scan, the device is in Idle state.
At the next scan, the device indicates that it has not finished, and it takes about two minutes for the device to return to Idle state.
Allows you to reset the device to idle state, in the event of a failure or for any other reason. Thanks to @vladimir.stoyakin for this issue
