genesys: Add VID:PID for Plustek OpticFilm 7600i and 8100

Hi,

one Fedora user has Plustek OpticFilm 8100 scanner, which is supported by genesys backend according to SANE website, but the scanner was not recognized. Here is the original issue. When I was searching the code and git I've found out the support is implemented in the backend, but the VIDs and PIDs are missing from its configuration file, so the backend doesn't recognize it.

The user tested the fix and the scanner now works for him - would you mind merging the patch?
