[canon] Use the common model name instead of string from the device

Zdenek Dohnal requested to merge zdohnal/backends:sane_canon_show_modelname into master

Hi,

sane-canon backend shows the strings which it acquires from the device instead of known model names from man pages - it confused at least myself to believe the user's device and the reported device are two different devices and the user's device got reported by luck.

It would be great if the backend showed the model names known to users instead of internal strings.

Would you mind adding it to the project?
