The name of the device, allows to disable the use of the PDF format.

Some devices display the capacity of the PDF format. In fact the PDF format is not functional, the devices are not usable.
It is possible for a given device to prevent it from using PDF.
All the devices listed block the PDF, the configuration file allows to add a device in this list.
