Add int_inexact option to test SANE_INFO_INEXACT.

User requests functionality added to test backend to enable the testing of the SANE_INFO_INEXACT flag. This option adds another item to the list of "int" options and increments any value, setting the SANE_INFO_INEXACT flag to it.
