Epson DS-310 not working
Scanning with epson DS-310 is not working for me After editing the config file epsonds.conf and adding "usb 0x04b8 0x0159" to it a "scanimage -L" lists the device correctly as "device `epsonds:libusb:004:006' is a Epson DS-310 ESC/I-2"
But acquiring an image with "scanimage -v --format=png > test.png" is not successful. The resulting png don't have the complete image.
My OS is Arch Linux (Linux whites-nb4 5.2.0-arch2-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Jul 8 18:18:54 UTC 2019 x86_64 GNU/Linux
).
Sane
- "sane-config --version" = 1.0.27
- "scanimage --version" = scanimage (sane-backends) 1.0.27; backend version 1.0.27
When I scan a image with: scanimage -v --format=ppm --mode=color > test.ppm I get this message "Corrupt JPEG data: 3488 extraneous bytes before marker 0xd1"
I'm happy to deliver debug logs or anything which can help to solve the bug.
Regards Uwe
