This oneline commit took me about one hour to write. It's very
nonobvious that the action name would be prefixed with 'app',
and GTK+ gives no feedback at all if the developer gets this wrong.

In future it might be nice to change the action to a toggle, so the same
shortcut can be used to close the inspector again.
