WIP: Deprecate client-side security (and some others) worse than NTLMv2 in NTLMSSP for 4.11
requested to merge samba-team/devel/samba:abartlet-deprecate-encrypted-passwords-for-4.11 into master
These are all SMBv1 artefacts, we want to get attention from folks using them ASAP.
The plan is to also get these into Samba 4.11
