Add rename support for vfs_ceph_rgw

This MR consists of following changes:

  1. Making correct use of rgw_open/close() APIs of librgw depending upon file open mode. i.e. to use these APIs only if file is opened for write operation.
  2. ill-effect of incorrect usage of rgw_open/close() APIs was preventing renames, since this gets addressed, un-comment rename functionality.
