Fix compilation error for native 32-bit time_t

Mailing list reported issue for commit#e9a7dce5 (e9a7dce5 "printing: Define and use methods to fetch/store time in share cache" broke time32)

This change should fix the same. I have marked "Michael Tokarev mjt@tls.msk.ru" as author, as he have posted fix. Additionally made changes to store method to ensure no surprises on that front.
