printing: Fix coverity issues for use of 32-bit time_t

This change-set fixes 4 coverity issue all pertaining to use of uint32_t for time_t, i.e. Y2K38_SAFTY issue in printing module. These issues are CID#1508987, 1509036, 1508987 & 1509005.
