Start support reparse points

VL requested to merge samba-team/devel/samba:vl/fb9de5b9309 into master

This is not complete: We don't return the correct reparse tag in directory enumerations yet, and we don't correctly handle REPARSE_TAG_NOT_HANDLE/STOPPED_ON_SYMLINK. On the other hand, I can't imagine this doing any harm in its current form, this is probably not used in normal setups involving standard client applications.
