python: Add get_primary_group method to User model

Add a get_primary_group method to the User model.

This uses the domain_sid + "-" + primary_group_id, also add a test.

Also rename the argument "ldb" to "samdb" but only for the models, this was a mistake in hindsight calling this ldb.
