python/samba/samdb: Only do caching of well known DNs in dbcheck

Andrew Bartlett requested to merge samba-team/devel/samba:abartlet/no-cache-get_wellknown_dn into master

This makes samdb.get_wellknown_dn() much safer for the programmer.
