docs-xml: Build and install man page for wspsearch

Anoop C S requested to merge samba-team/devel/samba:anoopcs-build-install-man-wspsearch into master

With wspsearch utility installed by default via 49b6137f we now add the corresponding man page to the list of manual pages to be built and installed by default.
