patches for bug 15465 (rpcd_lsad/netlogon/LogonControl2Ex can dereference a client-supplied pointer)

This bug was embargoed, @npower wrote these patches, then the bug was unembargoed, and the patches were left in the lonely chasm between our embargoed Bugzilla security process and our public Gitlab standard process. I came across them by chance while wandering through that chasm.
