Configure builtin heimdal to support KEYRING ccache

Heimdal version imported last year (40b65c84) have introduced support for KEYRING ccache. Alas, Samba build configuration scripts don't define appropriate options to enable it. This patch checks for libkeyutils and configures builtin Heimdal accordingly in the same manner Heimdal autoconf script do.
