samba-bgqd aborts with 'GnuTLS could not generate a random buffer'

This is related to the fix for https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15103 samba-bgqd is aborting and preventing samba printing from working. We've gotten lots of reports of this.

The fix, as suggested by @abartlet
