tests/krb5: Add test requesting a TGT expiring post-2038

Test to demonstrate the Kerberos behaviour of Windows 11 22H2 clients that send a TGS-REQ with a very-far-into-the-future timestamp, which when re-encoded by buggy older Samba versions is rejected.
