Use UID/SID based mapping as a fallback from getpwname('DOMAIN\user') (bug #14901)

This may help with some configurations that are affected by bug #14901 and avoids the need to 'username map [script]' in order to fallback if getpwnam('DOMAIN\user') doesn't work.
