autobuild: allow AUTOBUILD_FAIL_IMMEDIATELY=0 (say from a gitlab variable)

This allows a full show-me-all-the-failures build in CI by specifying an environment variable, which can be done during the push with git push -o ci.variable='AUTOBUILD_FAIL_IMMEDIATELY=0'
