port samba3.smbtorture_s3.*.ATTR to smb2

Noel Power requested to merge samba-team/devel/samba:npower_smb2_smbtorture_s3.ATTR into master

run_attrtest seems to be about testing cli_getatr & cli_setatr calls which were prior to this commit just with SMB1. These changes adjust the current test to deal with SMB2 or SMB1 whichever is negotiated and then call cli_getatr/cli_setatr for testing
