Rails6 upgrade including some gems.
Only sprockets was forced to stay <4 because version 4 consistently crashed my ruby. There are a few unresolved tickets spread over sprockets, sassc-rails and others. One hint was regarding parallel processing of assets and disabling it; this didn't work for me.
