Track how often users open samarbeid with outdated client code

We want to track how often users open samarbeid with a outdated client (javascript) still active. The easiest way to achieve this currently is to capture a message to our exception tracker.

This message may be removed later after we have gotten a good understanding on how often (and also maybe in which cases) client code stays outdated.
