Improved Navigation and Cover visibility

Hi, the modifications are:

1. Current station is shown in the Cover page (some stations do not have a playing now)
2. Navigation by 'next' and 'prev' buttons allow quick keep pushing, so the user can go quick to the station without playing others first (useful for BlueTooth navigation).
