Parse mpa multisample report with "EXP:"-tag in sample columns

Henning Schiebenhöfer requested to merge parse_mpa_multisample_report_w_exp_tag into master
  • add support for new MPA-server multisample format (produced by MPA >=3.4). The new format allows automatic parsing of sample descriptors. Thus, users no longer need to explicitly list the sample descriptors for parsing by Prophane.
  • fix deprecation warnings for string escape sequences and pandas
