Make HandShownToSpectator a game event (instead of a table event)
Initially, I made
HandShownToSpectator a table event, so that the table could check whether the one you show your hand to, is actually a spectator.
But on the hind sight, this is not really relevant. By making this a game event, we don't have to reprocess it every time the table is reconstituted.
I think it's sufficient if you prevent that a player shows his hand to a fellow playing player.
(And if one wants to cheat with online card playing, there is always a way :-))
