Display QR code for the shortened URL

  • Display QR code for the shortened URL
  • Hide output url and QR code when submitting a new URL, so that there is no lingering output, for example if an error occurs.
  • Now that the QR code is shown, the status text is way to far down the page. I moved it up under the submission button.
