Use DMCP_SDK keymap generator

Benjamin Titmus requested to merge 1156-rename-wp43s-to-wp43 into master
  • Generate the keymap from the txt file to ensure we are using the correct keymap
  • Copy the "original" keymap from the DMCP_SDK which should be correct
