BASE and ISM changes

Changes queued to be done:

  • remove the 2 x 6 bit shortcuts; they are still manually available,

  • change the names to nn:m in the menu to correlate with the SBI, see #537 (closed) with no objections (one small grumble only),

  • fix the ISM and ISM? and ISM variable to not convert to unsigned 32b value (change uint32ToLongInteger.. to int32ToLongInteger..)
