Name BASE menu items after the annunciator format

The second page of the BASE menu has a bunch of predefined short integer formats: U64, etc. Selecting them updates the annunciator in the status line accordingly, but in a different format.

For consistency, these should match. The menu items should be 64:u, 32:u, … 6:2.
