Add Connect Four game

This is a work-in-progress, see the TODOs in the files for more information. Further changes include but are not limited to:

• Change game message to embedded content
• Verify user input
• Implement testing (@benjaminrsherman ?)

Game functionality is complete as of the initial commit.
