Forces aLL messages to pass the ELi Linter

In order to make ELi happy and abLe to read the server messages, the bot now enforces the ELi Linter. This Linter specifies that the Lowercase version of "L" is unacceptabLe. If the bot detects a message that vioLates the ELi Linter, it deLetes the message.
