fix(#640): Icon on Android
This fixes an issue with the app icon on Android. It was - by accident - be removed in a previous change and now should be enabled again.

The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
