Fix: Window Icon on Wayland

Martin Hoeher requested to merge 565-no-matching-of-app-window-to-launcher-on-kde-on-wayland into development

This change fixes the issue that under Wayland, the task manager would not show the app icon (and also pinning is not possible). This was due to a missing desktop file name (so the system cannot match the Window to a defined Application).
