Better display of done/total number of todos

Martin Hoeher requested to merge 488-todo-counter-extending-functionality into development

In the todo list page, we now show both the number of done todos as well as well as the number of total ones. This is way more informative than the blank number (and also makes clear that the list potentially contains (currently not visible) done items.
