Keep virtual keyboard visible
requested to merge 507-cursor-should-remain-in-input-field-after-adding-an-item-to-a-todo-list into development
the second: Increase the delay before re-focusing the input. This seems to solve the issue at least in the Android emulator (probably also in iOS).
