Fix: Show color menu when action is in menu

Martin Hoeher requested to merge 505-color-menu-does-not-appear-when-selected-from-the-submenu into development

This fixes an issue that the color selection would not be shown when the appropriate action is shown in the menu (and not as a tool button).
