Todo List take over child due date

Martin Hoeher requested to merge 436-request-todo-lists-to-inherit-the-due-date-of-its-todos into development

Unless a todo list has an own due to date, it now takes over the earliest due to date of one of its child todos. The effective due date is now also shown in the library page for both todo lists and notes.
