Fix: Exclude Wayland support (does currently not work)

Martin Hoeher requested to merge 442-main-window-now-showing-on-wayland into development

Remove Wayland plugins from the AppImage deployment. This is required because currently, this does not work. Without wayland shell integration plugins, no window gets show. With these plugins, the app crashes in the OpenGL/graphics stack.

This is something we have to look into later.
