Try: Make snapcraft login work again

Martin Hoeher requested to merge 432-upload-to-snapcraft-from-ci-is-failing into development

The login command is (unfortunately) working fine when running in a container locally. So, try to add some "debug" stuff and also try to pass the login file path differently to see, if it makes a difference.
