Fix: Sync when adding back a library
requested to merge 424-sync-does-not-start-when-first-removing-a-library-and-then-immediately-adding-it-back into master
This fixes a bug where no sync was triggered after adding back a library which has just been deleted from the app. Before, one would have to restart the app completely for this to happen, which was highly confusing.
