Run sync when opening the main window

Martin Hoeher requested to merge 428-3-32-1-sync-not-started-on-startup-android into master

We now trigger a sync for all libraries whenever the main window opens. This ensures that users get an up to date view whenever they "reactivate" the app, e.g. from the systray or on Android, when the Activity is opened.
