Modified rpl_1_1 to be written in the rpl core.  Now we do not need the rpl_1_0 engine at all.  If we next create a transformation from the core language to the new AST format, then we should be able to use the new compiler, c2, for the core.  When that is running, we can ditch the old compiler (c0, c1).
